Let Gravity Forms do the heavy lifting with your Amazon Bulk Ad Generation via an API integration. Here’s the idea (chime in with your own thoughts on execution)…
![]()

The idea is quite simple in theory, but it could be executed in a few ways depending on what kind of data workflow you want in the long run.
Step 1. Create the form
- Product nickname – text field
- SKU code – text field
- Manual targeting – radio button
- product – radio button
- ASIN number – text field
- keyword – radio button
- keyword – text field
- product – radio button
- Campaign bidding strategy – checkbox field
- fixed bids
- dynamic bids: up and down
- dynamic bids: down only
- Settings
- daily budget – number field
- portfolio ID – text field
- start date – date field
- end date – date field
- status – drop-down field
- Range of bids
- starting point – number field
- ending point – number field
- campaign counter – number field
- current names scheme – text field
Points
- The selection of fields, layout and engineering could be reconsidered perhaps for a more elegant input form
- The final concatenation field is a rarity in my experience, but here are some community threads which could tackle this one:

How can I map (concatenate) two GravityForms fields into a third field … All on the same form?
I've done this by adding THREE address blocks to my form. Highest on the form is the "RealAddress," with only the Country field visible. If the country is the U.S., the USAddress block is visible, and the IntAddress block is hidden. Change the country, and the visibility of the two blocks swap
Step 2. Produce the Google Sheet or Airtable

The integration with Google Sheets or Airtable via the GC API gets your Amazon Ads in the right format for upload into Amazon.
Here’s some detailed instructions from the Amazon Ads Advanced Tools Center on uploading spreadsheet data output from the Gravity Form:

This article will walk through the steps of getting started with bulksheets for Sponsored Products. You will find guidance and tips for entering campaign data into your downloaded spreadsheet so you can upload the sheet to create campaigns using bulksheets.
Job done.
