Have you ever thought about the possibilities that exist in dynamically pre-populating Gravity Forms fields with data from various sources?
Like, drawing up previous entry data, for example, and using this to pre-populate field values?
Gravity Forms Populate Anything by Gravity Wiz is an instant game-changer for Gravity Forms users wanting to inject pre-populated data into their forms, in any context.
This perk/adon-on single-handedly flips the capabilities of Gravity Forms from merely operating as a data input conduit within a WordPress site environment to becoming a data-retrieval and combinatory interface.
The applications are endless – this plugin literally enables you to use Gravity Forms as a no-code development platform for:
– building your own CRM, for example
– doube entry accounting ledger
– interactive, customer support knowledge base…and much much more. The best part, is that Gravity Forms Populate Anything draws on multiple data sources including: WordPress database, Gravity Forms entries, posts, CPT/ACF fields, users, taxonomies etc.

For a single site, single perk license – all you have to pay to get the perk is $59.00/year
This is the best option if you are just trialing the product or perk suite for the first time.
It comes with fast response support.
However, if you already have more Perks or are interested in investing in more Perks, there are bundled packages that work out cheaper ‘per perk’ that you can benefit from.
September 12, 2025 at 1:38 pm #51There are 2 main functions that Gravity Froms Populate Anything performs:
“If you wish to dynamically populate a choice-based field’s choices, you can do so by enabling “Populate choices dynamically” in the field’s settings.”
1. It prepopulates Gravity Forms CHOICES: defining the field choices available to forms users, when selecting radio buttons or checkboxes, for example.
2. It prepopulates Gravity Forms VALUES: automatically inserting field values, like numbers in number fields or names in name fields, for example.Although the examples I gave above are illustrative – they barely scratch the surface for what you might use this for or why you might use this…
…the applications are almost endless. Time to get creative!

For example, let’s say you want to populate a field with some text-based properties held within the array of an address entry…
…Gravity Forms Populate Anything can handle that with some very tidy merge tags.
